WELCOME
2009-2010

This page has two goals. We want to provide career information for students, from the middle grades on up through high school and find information and resources linked to the culinary arts - cooking, food handling, and related topics so that students can develop a sense of the importance of this sector in a sustainable community.

Island Inspirations Cookbook
Hope you enjoyed the break.
Looking for something to keep you warm on a winter's day? Check out this month's recipe from the cookbook from the chefs of the:

Canadian Culinary Federation North Vancouver Island Branch.

At the same time, we want to create, through these pages, a springboard for students interested in the broad fields of Agriculture and Horticulture as they are happening in the Comox Valley. Check out Seedy Saturday, on March 6th, as an introduction to gardening and horticulture.

Seedy Saturday

We see these links as both possible careers choices, and life-long information paths, for people in our community.

This is a new page for us and we would welcome your comments, suggestions to help make this a valuable resource for you and for the community.

Thanks for your help.
